120 YEAR HISTORY

The Ballard Inn, originally the American-Scandinavian Bank, has been completely renovated and restored to it's 1902 elegance. 

The Ballard Inn features 16 intimate rooms all with 21st century amenities. In the late 1920s the bank was converted to a hotel, which began serving the City of Ballard and the neighboring communities of Fremont, Wallingford and Magnolia. In 2011, the building underwent it's final transformation to become the Ballard Inn.
